Terms of Service

These terms are between you (the business using Go1000.ai) and Online Commerce Hub LLC, DBA Go1000.ai ("Go1000.ai"). By creating an account or using Go1000.ai you agree to them.

1. The service

Go1000.ai is software: a website, client messages, texts, phone receptionist, WhatsApp, social posting, scheduling and payments tools for your business. Go1000.ai is a software provider only. It does not take orders, perform your services, or take a share of your fees.

For appraisers: Go1000.ai is not an appraisal management company (AMC). It does not receive, assign or price appraisal orders, select appraisers, or influence any value conclusion. Its AI handles logistics only and never states or discusses values. You are responsible for your license, for following USPAP and your state's rules, for keeping your workfiles as they require, and for every report you sign.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in safe and your details accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for your team members.

3. Your content and connected accounts

You own your content and your connected accounts. You give Go1000.ai permission to host, process and publish your content only to provide the service. You authorize Go1000.ai to act on the accounts you connect (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn) within the permissions you grant, and you can disconnect them at any time. You must follow each platform's own terms.

4. Messages, texts and calls

You may text or call only people who agreed to hear from you, and you must honor STOP requests (Go1000.ai does this automatically). You are responsible for your messages, posts and ads complying with the law and your industry's rules.

Your AI phone receptionist tells every caller that the call is recorded and transcribed, and offers to take a message instead if they object. Recordings and transcripts are saved to your account.

5. AI features

AI drafts replies, posts and summaries. Review them; you are responsible for what you publish or send. Some features post automatically only if you turn that on.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content; no spam; no attempts to break, overload or get around the service's security or limits.

7. Fees

Plans, add-ons and usage (texts, phone minutes, lookups) are charged as shown on your plan. New plans start with a 7-day free trial; your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew monthly (or yearly) until canceled. Charges appear as Online Commerce Hub LLC.

Add-ons include a monthly allowance (for example, 150 phone minutes and 500 texts) that resets each month and does not carry over. Use above the allowance is charged at the rates shown on our pricing page, or you can buy refill packs from your dashboard; refill packs are prepaid and carry over from month to month while the add-on is active. We tell you before you run out. Platform fees charged directly by Meta or others are billed by them.

8. Ending

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. After cancellation you can export your data for 30 days.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Go1000.ai is provided as is. We work to keep it available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party platforms will stay available. To the extent the law allows, Go1000.ai's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and Go1000.ai is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you of important changes. Florida law governs these terms.
